Ingredients: 4
  • pepper Extra virgin olive oil
  • sunflower
  • 1 clove garlic 1 Tbsp.
  • oregano juice of 1 lemon Salt
Cook the peppers, washed and dried in an oven at 220 ° C for 30 minutes, turn off the oven and cover with aluminum foil. When they are cold, remove the skins, collect the water that formed within them, cut them into strips and place in a serving dish. Mince the garlic, make a sauce with olive oil, oregano, lemon juice and water from the peppers and garlic, pour on peppers. Serve hot or cold as desired.
