crostini with truffle

Ingredients for 4 people: 8 slices of bread
- 50 gr. butter - 30 grams of grated parmesan cheese - 15 grams of black truffles - 1 tablespoon chopped onion - salt - pepper

Preparation:
Melt half the butter in a pan and then add the Parmesan and the chopped onion. Work
Cream the remaining butter with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Toast slices of bread in the oven and moisten with the mixture of melted butter and cheese.
Let them cool and then sprinkle with a few flakes of truffles.
Cooking time 5 minutes.
