Ingredients: 200 g
- tops of cauliflower
- 30 g 10 g mushrooms clean
- red onion 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil white vinegar
- saffron

- Pepe
spicchietti Cut the mushrooms, saute in a pan and when they are browned, add the cauliflower and saffron kept aside. Place the center of the plate the mashed cauliflower, drain and cover with dried onions, accompanied with the sauce and serve warm.
